I will buy from a big box retailer next time. When my $600 Canon camera (not expensive, but expensive enough to me) quit working twice they expected me to find out where to send it, package it, and send it back to the manufacturer. I can get that kind of support from Sam's Club or an online retailer. They are more expensive than other alternatives, but that doesn't strike me as any better service so why pay more?
