I've never had such a great time shopping for a spa! So many places...the sales people make you feel like you are buying a car! Shooting so much information at you that you just feel lost.... These people were not like that.
The sales woman (I loved that it was a woman!) sat me down and asked me about what was important to me, WHY I wanted a spa, where I was going to locate it, what my family was like, etc. Then she showed me just a couple spas that she thought would fit my needs, which was nice. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to see so many different things! She also demonstrated how the spas work and all the different types of jets and controls that the Sundance spas have on one of their working models.
It was so nice, and so comfortable! After my new spa was delivered, the same sales person came out to my house and helped me understand how to test my water and keep it balanced--which was also nice. I had been nervous about that part, and she made it easy.
HIGHLY recommend going here. Great store, great service, and fantastic products. Can't be beat.
