Jamie Northrup whom I worked with for several years at Pearson, is a very odd duck.
He is a religious weirdo that believes white people should have many kids for the army and war that are coming when we kill all the muslims.
When I told him I wasn't having kids, he went on a long diatribe about race traitors and the holy war.
His whole ""Triple Constraint"" scam is nothing but repackacked CMM stuff he learned at Pearson. And of course he's PMI certified -- like everyone else who works in project management.
But I've never seen any improvements in process when Jamie was around. Seems like when there was ""real"" work to be done, he was gone...
This man is a pruning, arrogant, racist, Christian white pride/identity fellow.
If you just need to add a company to your company's portfolio for auditors or something, he's probably worthwhile as long as he isn't gouging you too much. Otherwise, if you need real results -- pass on this guy. When the going gets tough, he'll be outtie...
Reminds me of the music man... there is good money to be made in the trade he has, but he truly has no insight into process beyond the process of selling himself.
