We were doing a complete remodeling. My husband had brought three contractors in and they were all arrogant and didn't want to work with a woman. I didn't want my house full of arrogant contractors that did not want to work with females.
Then we met Marc of Hayes Construction. He was totally different. It was immediately a completely different experience then I'd had with the other contractors. I went ahead and took over the remodeling for my husband and worked with Marc. He was a complete professional throughout the entire process.
I've heard nightmare stories about contractors who come in and dismantle and prolong the project. They take over and live in your house! But not Marc, he did what he said he was going to do in the amount of time he had promised us. He was efficient and friendly and if we ever ran into problems, even after the job was done, he would take care of it for us. It didn't matter that the job was over and he'd been paid, we were always his customers. In fact, I would never take the time to give a review, except for Marc! He deserves a great review. I'd give him all 10's if I could!
