Get in Shape for Women helped me drop 24 pounds and 10 clothes sizes. The combination of weight training, cardio and nutrition coaching helped me lose fat and gain muscle, strength and endurance. Key factors in my success were trainers Jenilee and Ryan who offer suggestions during workouts; they are friendly and supportive. Knowing that Jenilee and Ryan are expecting me keeps me coming to my workout appointments.
