I joined Get In Shape for Women/Reading four short months ago. My daughter and I were preparing for her wedding, we wanted to look and feel our best. I am 54 years young and had been a member of another club for 2 years, achieving maintenence only. I also had both my knees replaced. I didnt think it possible to get stronger, but the Get in Shape Staff proved me wrong!!. They are knowledgable, caring and are always pushing me to the next level of fitness; mindful of where I have been. When my daughter walked down the aisle she looked and felt amazing. The Mother of the Bride wasnt too shabby either!!! Thanks Get In Shape
