I made an appointment for my son. We were greeted promptly, which was nice, but me and my husband had to wait and make sure paperwork..insurance etc. was completed before we left him to get examined. This elderly employee came up to my husband and asked ""Can I help you?"" My husband responded, ""No, I'm just waiting for someone."" Then the employee went to other employee's mocking loudly, my earshot,"" He told me he is waiting for somebody"", ""I'm nobody"" and laughing out loud. I turned to her and told her that "" The somebody he is waiting for is me, and to mock and make fun of a customer or family is rude."" The big blonde employee just looked at me and made an ugly face...We left and will never go to that shop again.....
