Had a faulty dishwasher. took 3 service calls including charges before they were able to find the problem. I was ok with that. They called me leaving a message saying they had the part and would be out on Monday. I called back immediately and talked to I think the owner and confirmed Monday. Monday came and went. When I called to find out where they were I found out that I was never put on the schedule. Fast forward to the day they finally got there. They called me 4 times to tell me noone was answering the back door. I was out, told them the doorbell was broken please go around to the front. they were not happy. then the phone calls started asking if someone could pay him as he wouldn't do thejb unless he knew he would be paid. I reminded them I had never stiffed them before of course I would pay him. when he came into my house he was screaming into the phone being abusive to his receptionist. When he got on the phone to talk to me he told me he had never left a message never talked to me etc. They left without doing the job. Good riddance. I just checked the Better Business Bureau..they have 26 complaints against them with an ""F"" rating. Guess I will do a little more reasearch in the future more
