I called and made an appointment to have my washer looked at. They made an appointment for between 12 and 5. My husband took the day off work to wait for the repairman. Instead of coming to our house as arranged, they called my cell phone. I missed the call, but called the office within 20 minutes of their call. They told me the repairman was 'no longer in my area' and so wouldn't be coming at all that day! I explained that my husband had taken off work to be there and they couldn't have cared less. I was very unhappy with the receptionist/dispatcher who answered their phone...she clearly has no interest in customer service. I told them not to bother coming another time, I would find another company. At the time I was furious they would waste OUR time, but now I think I might have dodged a bullet, based on the other reviews I have found. Would NOT recommend!!!
