John did a great job - came in, diagnosed the problem, showed me what it was and what it would take to fix it, pointed out two improvements that would make future maintenance and repairs easier (but didn't try to sell either, just gave me the information and let me decide what I wanted done) and did it all respectfully and with a sense of humor.
The missing fifth star is not because of the cost, quality, or time it took to get the work done. Cost was within reason, quality was excellent, and John got it done in a bit less time than he estimated it would take. That missing fifth star is because I did not receive the promised confirmation call 1/2 before my appointment, and John was about 10 minutes late (my call was his first of the day). Call it an A- instead of an A.
