If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I wanted to replace some doors. We spoke to Darlene, who was absolutely incompetent. We finally had to ask for another employee, and Tina was able to understand our simple request. THEN, while I was looking around at the doors, darlene hit on my husbandm, asking for his phone number. I called the manager, so I am sure that she is no longer employed there. The installer who eventually replaced our door did a fabulous job. BUT, if you go in and Darlene is working, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else.
