OUTSTANDING!!!! I have never really trusted auto repair shops and TV service repairmen.. Long story..My DPL TV just up and stopped working. Found Arcola, on the web and who could actually come out on the same day. Although only a week after warranty, Samsung did not want to pay me because it was only a week after it expired. I was really upset but needed a reapir, I called around to their service centers only to find out they were going to charge me an arm and leg (over $500.00) This company was honest, and never once did I feel doubtful like I was being pulled around. Paid Arcola the full price of the repair (less than $300). They went far above and beyond with working to get it fixed. Wish there were more hard working decent people out there..........................
