I used Awesome Bees several times a few years ago and they were "awesome" so I did not hesitate to contact them yesterday to deal with a wasp nest between a window and a screen outside a tenant's bedroom. Jose said he would be out "first thing in the morning". When he hadn't arrived by noon, my tenants contacted me and I contacted Jose. He said he would be there between 1 and 3. I confirmed the address and informed my tenants. They contacted me about 3:30 to inform me Jose had not arrived. When I got him on the phone, he asked me what time my appointment was for. I began to get impatient and he said he would be there in an hour. After 5pm he called me and asked me what the address was, offered no apology and became indignant that I was frustrated. I cancelled the appointment and called another service. Don't waste your time with Awesome Bees.....they are most definitely NOT "awesome".
