I went there this week to check on a price for a new frame that I purchased in 2008. The rude receptionist told me that the same frame would be $80.00, and she offered no suggestions or alternatives. I will be going to Wal-Mart in the future. Wal-Marts' prices are much more reasonable and they have frames that start at $15.00. General Optical workers need to remember that customers Pay their paychecks. Very Poor Customer Service is
