I had a great moving experience with Element a few weeks ago. I booked my move with a very nice sales lady over the phone. the dispatcher called me 2 days before the move and was really helpful. I thought I would be ready to move, but i was nowhere close to ready. she told me not to worry about it and said that the guys would bring extra material to help me move. she said they would show up between 8-9 and they were there at 7:45, eager and waiting to work. the guys from element came in and worked wonders in my home. in a matter of 9 hours they had everything ready to go. the following day they loaded my shipment onto the truck and were on their way to my new residence in OK. my items arrived the next day and everything was in perfect condition. the guys put my beds together and put everything in the proper place. we were totally downsizing, so i had them drop off the majority of my things in a public storage and they were really cool about it even though it was more work. i will soon be buying a house out here and would love to have the same crew move me back from storage to my house.
