Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I've had! In May 2011 we paid this company $275 to fix our dryer. I had them come back 3 separate times (not including the time they failed to show with no phone call). The repair person laughed at us, claimed that he had fixed the problem, lied to his managers about the problems, and claimed that he had fixed the dryer. He claimed that the duct was full of lint (we pulled the entire thing off, looked through it and the outlet and there was not a spec of lint), and claimed that the termostat was broken. The dryer problems persisted until my father fixed the dryer. He managed to fix it in July in about 20 minutes (it was an electronic problem, not a thermostat) and have had no problems since.
