We purchased in May 2011 and we were promised everything from insurance for the whole year to free life time oil changes. The service was great when they were selling us the car but as soon as the contract was signed, the customer service sucks! Few days after, we found out that the financing for the car is not straigthen out yet and they told us that we will be paying over $500 for the car that we purchased and that was not the deal when the contract was signed. They also told ask us to lie to the bank about how much our income was and that we owned a business so they can lower the payment, which we didn't do. We told them we will return the car because we don't want to lie. They call us back couple of days later and told us that we don't have to call the bank. I'm not sure if they call the bank themselves and pretended to be us. I know that some sales people will do anything to make a sale but these people at Nissan St. Charles are the worst. Then there is this guy from the Finance department who was rude. He's the finance guy so of course we have to deal with him. On the last day we call him, he told us he doesn't want to hear from us again and that he doesn't want us calling him. He also denied asking us to lie to the bank when I talked to the General Manager. It's been months now and the first payment for the car is coming up. We still don't have the payment coupon and we don't know who to talk to because the guy from the Finance department threatened us not to call him anymore. I don't know how these people sleep at night with all the lying and scams that they do just to sell and when things go wrong, they don't even own up to it.
