Bob's is making a name for itself for unethical business dealings, including the refusal to return deposits within alloted times or at all. They are not certified by Winnebago, and put customers on the road with defective equipment. Customer service is terrible unless they want something from you. When it comes time to return the deposit, all emails and phone calls go unreturned. Heading to small claims court. Not the end to our vacation I was hoping for.
