I was looking for a program that would help make me stronger, flexible,tone my muscles and correct my posture. Every gym I attended started off with jumping activities. My body would not take all the jumping and I do not think it is good for my knees and other body parts! I tried Pilates at Joy Moves and I am hooked. I love the classes and feel like I am having a real workout without all the impact on my joints. I receive a lot of individual attention and modifications. The studio is very clean and the teachers are friendly. Joy moves is a studio that anyone at any age can enjoy treating their bodies to a great workout. Love it!
