I am writing to you to let you know how much I appreciate the careful, and thorough manner in which Blaine Scholin dealt with me during his service call on April 28th. He was very helpful in describing to me how the system works and how too get the most cooling power form the system. He was able to rectify a few potential problems and his work and customer service skills are definitely a credit to your organization. In this day and age it is very refreshing to encounter someone who is technically competent, and who is also able to gauge the needs of the customer so that later when my wife returned I was able to say, "Wow, Blaine, the guy from Beutler was fantastic!" Having been the director of two Mental Health Centers, if I had a staff person who could inspire that kind of confidence I would seriously consider ways to raise his salary.
