moved into new house and brought all the locks to their shop because i wanted only one key instead of 2. i said i would like to change the locks and make them all the same key. they took my order and contact information. i picked up the locks and they gave me 2 keys. i reminded them i asked for one key. they said it couldn't be done with these locks. why did they take the job?! maybe it was something they didn't know until they got into it - i don't know locks. then why did they swap the locks out without calling me? waste of my time and money. i should have complained more and have them return the old locks, but i didn't want to say anything i would regret.
