Our AC failed on Thursday. My wife called on Friday morning and set the first appointment available (Saturday 10-12). She received an email confirming this. My wife called around 10:30 on Saturday and we were told we were the techs next appointment. No one showed and we called at 1:30pm and asked when he is coming. The operator told us our appointment was 12-2??? not 10-12 but we were next to be seen.?? We called again at around 2pm and were given the same response. At 3:30 we called again and the operator told us that the tech called us and no one answered. My wife had given them her cell phone as the contact and the tech called my number on file. I said that we had called multiple times and each time corrected the phone number with the operator. The operator said that they would be the techs next appointment.
