I haven't been to the dentist in over 12 years because of a bad experience. Needless to say it was time for a cleaning and to check for cavities. The staff when you enter, are polite and greet you. My appointment was on time. First was the cleaning and I was so nervous that my hands were sweating. I knew my teeth were bad because I smoke and drink tea. Andrea cleaned my teeth and it was painless I can't belive how smooth it went and I noticed she used all kinds of tools to scrape the crud away. Then it was time to fix one of my two cavities. Kathy made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Berkowitz was gentle and it only took 15 minutes to fix the cavity. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist. Thank you to all the staff at Dental Assoc.
