I broke a tooth on Jul 5th and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon of the 7th asking to call me should there be any cancellations. I got a call early that day that there was a 9 a.m. spot that just openned. The office staff is always very pleasant and Dr Howells and his assistant Tanya were very professional and had me out the door within an hour. Not only did a leave with a fixed tooth but xrays and photos were taken to request an estimate from the insurance company for a crown. I like how I am constantly informed about the next steps they will be taking throughout the procedure. It makes me feel comfortable that there will be no unexpected surprises.
