I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from this Bismarck store! We purchased a box of those quit smoking cigarettes for $80 cash and then changed our minds. We took the unopened box back to Bismarck Tobacco Row and the owner refused to return the unopened package -- and would not even consider a store credit either! The owner was completely uncooperative, uncaring, and down right rude. I will never purchase anything from this store again!
