My appointment went great as usual but when I got home I notice my shirt was covered with brown hair dye around the collar in the back. THis shirt was new this summer. I purchased it at the Bon Ton. I was very disappointed. I think the girl that put the final dark dye on my hair went to fast and keep cleaning my neck and left too much go down the smock that I had on to protect my clothing. You need to remind them that this is what happens when they try to hurry. As you know I have been coming there for years and I like Jenny and I will continue to come but I hope this never happens again,,,Thank you, Kathy Rockwell.
