I enjoy the Aveda experience and product. I chose a facial and had to wait 3 weeks to get an appt. with a girl who is very popular. It was worth the wait. Her name is Maggie. Excellent service. it was an 1 1/2 hour facial. My skin looks great! However the store itself is not clean. It is not consumer friendly and the front desk service is very unprofessional. The attire is not what you would normally see in any well groomed Aveda store.It is a small cramped space and the haircutting area looks like something you see at a school for hair. The women who work the front are not professional so you just have to decide if this place is worth it. In this economy customer service is crucial.
