I liked my hair cut/color, but the receptionist always annoys me. I usually pay with my debit card, but I didn't have it with me and she was very rude and demeaning when I handed her the credit card, she announced that I can not put the tip on the card. I hadn't even said anything about the tip at that point. I always give 20% tip, and I did pay that in cash that time. In addition, my hair is usually different each time because I usually buy products. I always tell the receptionist to add 20% of the service to the charge and she has difficult calculating the amount even using a calculator and I usually have to correct the amount. Maybe this sounds petty, but it is bothersome to me that I'm treated rudely and then a grown adult can not do simple math.
