I recently had a cut and color at Ladies and Gentlemen. I was impressed by the mini-facial/hand & arm massage I received & by the atmosphere of the salon. However, when I asked for my highlights to be more natural and closer to my natural hair, I received bright, blonde streaky highlights. My haircut seemed great in the salon, until the next day when I finished blow drying it, I realized I had the most uneven and choppy highlights on just one side of my head. Needless to say, my search for a new hairstylist continues...
