I went into this Fedex a couple days ago. I want to say it was a horrible experience. The staff there is super snobby and lazy. I asked the one of the employee for help, Kelly was her name, for help and all she did was "sigh" and complain to her other coworkers. I mean god damn if you work at a printing place you are going to be printing. So stop complaining like a baby and do your job.
I also wanted to mail something to Europe. The price they told me I would have to pay for my 0.7lb package would be just around $100 to send. BUT it would take over 1 month to get through customs. I thought this was way over price so i went to the post office where the price was $30 and got there in 5 days.
Conclusion is that this Fedex is unsatisfactory on every level. The people suck, the service is slow, the environment is horrible, and the prices are super overpriced. If I were a Fedex employee of a higher power I would reorganize this branch and weed out the shitty employees.
If things are going to be overpriced at least have employees that great you with a smile, not a "sigh."
