The actual dental service is good but they they don't pad enough time for appointments. I always have to wait at least 30 min to be seen, I have had to wait in the chair, and I always have to wait at least 10 min to pay my bill (I have timed it). It seems as though they have the check out persons doing a lot more than just checking people out and it shows. They have 2 people working but you always have to wait for them to finish phone calls, etc. When they finally do call you up, it always seems like you are bothering their check out people with the fact that you do actually need to check out. I don't need cheerleaders just someone to give me a half smile and not seem annoyed with the fact that I have to pay and make another appointment.
