Let me start by saying that the staff is really great and very nice. With that being said, unfortunately I did not have a very good experience at my last appointment. I am not sure what went wrong because this is the first time this happens to me. I have been a patient for many years. On Saturday went to my appointment and after my eyes were dilated I waited outside the exam room for approx 30 minutes and I do understand that I know I had to wait for the drops to take effect, after that I was put in a room and I was told to wait a few minutes, well after waiting for approx 45 minutes I end up leaving with my pupils dilated and with no final exam.
