Everyone there is caring and will love your animal as if it were their own. I have used them for both boarding and grooming and they have been fantastic in both categories!
My dog is a rescue and terrified of being in a kennel. I think she is afraid of being abandoned again. They went into the run with her, cuddled with her and calmed her. How many places will do that?
