My car had front end damage from a "fender bender" which caused no damage to the other car, but crumpled my hood and bumper. My insurance company estimated the cost to fix at $3000, less my deductible and I was issued a check for the balance. I was told that I could take my car anywhere that I wanted to get it fixed. This was my very first accident, with damage, and I was not looking forward to searching for an auto body shop to fix my car. I work near Michael's Auto Body Shop and decided to stop there first for a quote. When I got out of my car Michael was inspecting a bumper that his paint shop had repaired and painted. I could not see anything wrong with the paint job, but he was not satisfied with a "spot" and sent the car back to be repainted. I decided right then and there that this was the shop that I wanted to fix my car. When I picked my car up I was thrilled! Not only did they fix the front end damage, Michael also pulled out a nasty dent in my driver's side door. Everyone at Michael’s Auto Body was courteous and professional and I will be referring their shop to all of my friends and co-workers if ever they are in need of auto repair!
