My friend and I recently ordered granite kitchen countertops from Home Depot and it was a quite experience...a very aggravating experience. Man, the employee who helped me with the countertops was very unprofessional. Not only did he overcharge me, he kept soliciting a lunch date with me when I was serious about correcting his mistakes. When I told my friend about it, he shook his head and told me that he was a crook. I felt, though, many people would easily get overcharged by Home Depot if they don't pay attention to numbers and not persistent about correcting mistakes.
