Wasn't sure what to expect when we took an iPad (which had been purchased in another state and given to us as a gift with no gift receipt) to the Ardmore store in hopes of upgrading it to another model. They handled everything with a smile. Nothing was a problem. We were given a thorough lesson on how to use our new iPad and they took the time to answer all of our questions. The store was crowded but our sales associate acted as though we were the only ones in there. Great place.
