Just because it says under new management doesn't matter. Mr. Alvin Hames is as much of a crook as the rest. He now co-owns the business because it kept Larry from losing it. He is in Larry's family. duh!!! They do not care who they hurt as long as they put money in their pocket. They are money driven demons. I have been audited every year since 2008 for mistakes that they "slipped" in that neither my husband or myself caught. We thought we could trust them and when we asked them to help they did NOTHING!! This year is the last year I will ever use them because again another AUDIT!! Try calling them and what do I get??? NO HELP FROM HEATH OR HAMES!!! They are only interested in your money nothing more!!!!
