Angie is very gruff and rude, both in person and on the phone. I know everyone has bad days, but I've been there several times and each time is the same. She acts as if it's a huge imposition for me to be there, giving her my business. Don't worry Angie, it won't happen again.
The actual facial is perfectly good, but there are plenty of places where you can get a good facial and still be treated well.
