The staff is great, sometimes it gets a little packed in there, but overall you're seen at the time of your appointment unless you're a walk-in. Easy process, walk in with your doctor's blood work slip and fill out some insurance questions and you're all set. The phlebotomist are gentle which is a big deal for me.
