I had been taking my bike to Ride Now for two years and had spent over $1,000 in service alone. Unfortunately Ride Now has consistently improperly performed service and insisted that I needed service that it turned out I didn't need. Six thousand miles later, my clutch, which they claimed was no good and which would cost $2,500 to fix is still working perfectly. Likewise, my brakes, which they claimed were ready to fail are also working perfectly. They also returned my bike in a non-functional state and with broken parts and claimed it was my fault.
I was using them since they were the most convenient to my office, but I'm now taking my bike to Apache Motorcycles in Mesa which is 15 miles further away. Apache is just as expensive, but so far their service record has been perfect. While they have recommended future service, they have never insisted that I spend thousands of dollars immediately because of impending doom.
Now I won't even buy parts from Ride Now.
Of course, if you go in saying you want to spend thousands of dollars in their showroom, they're very polite.
