Salesperson was fine, but thereafter our experiences with Andy's Statewide were entirely downhill. Problems at Andy's Statewide apparently stem from management down. Without saying so, field employees agree with customer concerns indicating that they have experienced these problems before.\r
Management stonewalls customer's concerns and lies in attempts to evade them. Keep every bit of paperwork, each signed. Only this allowed us to recover nearly $800 due us for which Andy's was clearly responsible.\r
Bottom line: avoid Andy's Statewide - not a honest, responsible company.
