I had a special cat with a place on her neck. Took her here and they weren't sure what it was. Sold me a round of antibiotics and told me to bring her back in 2 weeks. I did and it wasn't any better. They wanted to do surgery and wanted a patholigist to test a tissue sample. Huge amount of money. I said no, took her to another vet who said it was just a bite from one of my other cats and that it would take time to heal. It did and she is fine now. Why do people become Vets if they are only interested in the money? Why doesn't Richmond have any vets who actually care about our pets? They are special to us but we can't afford to pay for the vets new expensive toys or their lavish trips.
