Worst experience I've had at a mechanic... and I've got an old truck... I've been to A LOT of mechanics! Please if you care anything about your car DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! I took my truck there because it died in Topanga Canyon and Pep boys was the closest shop. When I didn't hear from them in a day about my truck I called to find out what was going on. I was told it was simply a bad battery and I could pick up the truck at any time. That evening after work my buddy drove me out there (2hrs in rush hr.) only to find out the car was actually not running yet and that they'd forgotten to call me. Three days later I called to see what was happening with my car and they still hadn't diagnosed it yet. The next day they called to tell me they'd lost the key. Since that was the ONLY key they had to get another key made. After 5 days they finally had the key made but it took them another 3 days to diagnose the car.
