Absolutely the worst airport parking experience I've ever had. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR KEYS!!!!!!!!! They told me at the entrance that they did not have any more open spaces and to park my car in the middle of the row and leave the keys in it. I got on the shuttle and as we entered the freeway I noticed a number (8 plus) spaces open in the back of the lot. When I returned in three days they claimed that my battery went dead and they had to pay a tow company $45 to jump my vehicle. I arrived at 12 noon the day I left and the tow ticket read 6pm the same day. My car sat for three days after the tow tag said they jumped it and when I went to start the vehicle it started right up. I just had my car serviced prior to this event, they had cleaned the battery terminals and gave my vehicle a clean bill of health. I also took my car in again to check the battery and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Do not believe a word these people tell you.
