I called in NRG after being having them reffered to me by a relative. I had a loud noise coming from the outside unit and could not stand it any longer. A technician by the name of Richard came and took a look at the problem. He was very polite and informative. He said the fan motor is whats making all the noise and offered me to either oil it up which would be temporary or change it out. To oil it up would have cost me $20 and to replace it was $225. We changed this damn thing out and I have never been more pleased. They are a pleasure to work with and the secretary is a sweetheart. Two thumbs up.
