Do not make the mistake of buying their $240 annual "Silver Level Preferred Service Club Membership". I did and received extremely poor service. I discovered that the maintenance service that I had contracted for, and had pre-paid for, had not been performed. Now, I have a damaged unit and an expensive repair. I later found out from other reputable HVAC companies that the cost that Willard quoted for this repair was outrageously excessive by $2050 up to $2700. Even after speaking with the owner and hearing a great speech on "the importance of customer service", I remain disappointed with their terrible service and questionable ethics. I cannot endorse or recommend Willard Heating and Air Conditioning for maintenance or servicing of any HVAC units. more
