avoid like the plaque. We have bought several vehicles from jack Ingram. Service is poor. Unless you like waiting 8 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). We recently were going to buy 2 new vws from them. We live 1:30 hours away. I told the salesman which 2 vehicles I wanted. He said ok let me get paperwork together. I tried getting back in touch with him 4 times. 24 hrs later he finally got back in touch with me to let me know they just sold 1 of the vehicles we wanted. His message to me was " waiting is not an asset. ".
