I used Rocksteady Plumbing recently to install a tankless water heater in my home. It's a small company. In fact, I believe it's a solo operation, but Paul has 15 years of experience. I solicited bids from three other well-know plumbers in the area, but his was the least expensive. He had me buy the unit myself, so there was no markup, and in the end his bill was $200 less than the least expensive bid from the other plumbers.
Paul was honest and upfront about only having installed the brand of equipment I wanted to use once previously. However, he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He was very to-the-point and personable, and left me with the impression that he would admit if he didn't feel comfortable with a particular job.
To start, he removed and disposed of the old hot water heater. He also revamped the existing gas line, which was substandard. He then hooked up the tankless heater, and the finished product was very clean, with no mess. He did a fine job, and I found his honesty to be impressive. So far, so good.
