HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP WITH KMART AGAIN!! I WENT ONLINE AND PURCHASED AN INFLATABLE BOUNCEHOUSE AND CHOSE THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY AT A LIST OF STORES THEY SAID HAD THE ITEM IN AND CHOSE THIS ONE. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I GOT THERE AND THEY HAD ME STANDING AT THE COUNTER FOR AN HOUR!! THIS WAS ONLY TO CHECK IF THE ORDER WAS IN. THEY TOLD A STOCK BOY TO GO AND CHECK IN THE OFFICE AND HE TOLD HER TO CALL THE MANAGER BACK AND TELL HIM THAT HE WAS BUSY! THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE MY PURCHASE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER. THINKING I WOULD HAVE A PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL COME FORTH TO ASSIST ME. I WAS WRONG!! AFTER HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE BECAUSE OF HOW UPSET I WAS. I THEN ASKED HIM WHAT KIND OF MANAGER LAUGHS IN A CUSTOMERS FACE WHEN THEY ARE VISIBLY UPSET? THEN ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND THE # TO CORPORATE. HE GAVE ME THE WRONG # AND THE WRONG NAME. HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS KEITH LOVE AND IT IS ANDREW LOVE. THEN TOLD ME I NEED TO GET OUT OF HIS STORE. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. ALSO I PURCHASE THINGS ONLINE ALL THE TIME AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN. IM ASTONISHED THAT THIS IS THE WAY KMART DOES BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.
