I actually have only met her one time when I brought my son in for an appointment. Recently we had a question for the doctor because we are concerned parents and we were turned into Social Services. Doctor Ives defaced my character after only meeting me once. So if you like Social Services then I give Ives five stars, otherwise, no stars.
